1. Merchant information

The company is registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Aleksandra 95 EOOD and customers shopping through mushukids.bg.

By ticking the terms acceptance checkbox during checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

3. Products and prices

• All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT.
• The BGN equivalent is calculated at the fixed exchange rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
• The shop may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
• Product photos are illustrative. Colors may differ slightly depending on your screen.

4. Orders

• An order is accepted after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• We may refuse an order if stock is unavailable or if there is a technical price error.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is notified promptly.
• The customer is responsible for providing correct address, phone, and email details.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is handled by Econt Express within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout and are paid by the customer.
• For an unclaimed shipment or refusal without valid reason, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

6. Payment

The shop works with payment on delivery. You pay the courier when receiving the shipment according to the payment options available through Econt.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under Bulgarian consumer protection law, the customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods without giving a reason.

• The product must be returned unused, with labels intact, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or wrong products.
• We refund the paid amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
• The withdrawal right does not apply to products made to individual order.

8. Claims

• For a defective or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
• Claims are submitted to myshyy05@gmail.com with a description and photos.
• For a valid claim, we cover the transport costs for replacement.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy policy and GDPR.

10. Intellectual property

All materials published on mushukids.bg, including text, images, logo, and design, are owned by Aleksandra 95 EOOD and protected by copyright. Copying or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. In case of disputes, customers may contact:

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Customers are notified of changes by email where required.
