Returns and exchanges
Under consumer protection rules, you may return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from receipt without giving a reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the product must meet these conditions:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unironed
- With labels intact, attached, and not removed
- In the original packaging
- With receipt or invoice
- Without signs of use
How to return a product

Send the shipment
Send the product with Econt to our address: Plovdiv, 1 Polkovnik Serafimov St. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Receive your refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the amount within 14 business days by bank transfer to the account you provide.
Product exchange
If you want to exchange a product for another size, color, or item:
- Contact us before sending it back so we can confirm availability.
- Send the product back with Econt. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
- After receiving it, we send the requested product. The new delivery cost is paid by you.
Products that cannot be returned
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products made to individual order
- Products with clear signs of use, washing, or damage
- Products without original packaging and labels
