Delivery methods

Delivery to an address provided by you anywhere in Bulgaria.

The delivery price is calculated during checkout according to Econt tariffs.

Pick up the shipment from the most convenient Econt office for you.

Standard delivery time: 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays are processed on the next business day.
Econt delivers Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, and Saturday between 09:00 and 13:00.

Pay on delivery only

You pay the amount to the courier when receiving the shipment. Payment may be collected by Econt according to the available courier payment options.

Please provide access or a contact person who can receive the shipment.
If you cannot be reached during delivery, the shipment may be held at an Econt office.
For an unclaimed shipment or refusal without a valid reason, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing. If courier damage is found, notify us immediately.
If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, the order may be considered invalid.

After dispatch, you receive an Econt tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at econt.com or from your order page.
